1963 born Dr. A. P. Rao obtained Ph.D. (Optoelectronics/Applied Luminescence) in 1989, BU, Bhopal, and researched at IIT, Madras. He has more than 30 Years of experience in Academics, Research, Administration, and Industry. His field of interests are Academic administration and teaching/ guiding UG, PG, and Ph.D., Testing & Calibration for EMI/EMC, Electronics &Tele communication and IT equipment’s. He had been the founder principle of Engineering College at Kathmandu (Pokhra Univ.), Head of E&Tc, MITS, Rajasthan, and Professor of E&Tc engineering in Pune University’s affiliated Institute. He has got more than 25 years of research experience in the fields of Optoelectronics, Optical Sensor, Temperature Sensor, Voltage Sensors, Band Gap Engineering, Geopathic stress wave determination etc. He is affiliated to professional bodies like ISTE, PSSI, ISCA, IPA, ISEST, LSI and published papers
